About Amanda Hughes

Amanda Hughes is the founder and owner of Cream & Coffee, a woman-owned dessert café in Skaneateles, NY. An entrepreneur and community builder, Amanda wears many hats—chief indulgence officer, repair technician, marketer, and mentor—bringing her whole heart to everything she does.

Born and raised in North Syracuse, Amanda returned home in 2015 and launched her first business, The Ice Cream Stand, in Syracuse just a few months later. Since then, she has continued to grow her entrepreneurial vision with a focus on creating spaces that prioritize connection, joy, and community.

In addition to her work in ice cream and coffee, Amanda is the founder of November Project Syracuse, a free community fitness group, and Jayne’s Collective, a space for personal and professional growth with a focus on womxn.

Her latest venture, Cream & Coffee, combines her love of locally sourced ingredients, handcrafted treats, and meaningful community experiences.

At the core of all Amanda’s projects is a deep belief in the power of people, place, and good conversation—often over a scoop of ice cream or a strong cup of coffee.
